PATENTED SEVEN-ZONE SUPPORT
Our patented seven-zone innerspring (U.S. Patent No. 11.627.813) is built in-house from recycled steel with up to 1.379 individually wrapped coils. Four zones reinforce the perimeter — both long sides plus the head and foot — and three vary firmness by body region. using three distinct wire gauges. The firmest coils run through the hip and lumbar zone and across both ends; softer coils let the shoulders and legs settle in for pressure relief; narrow high-tensile coils border the long sides. Each pocketed coil moves independently to distribute weight. relieve pressure points. and reduce motion transfer.
